WBTV Returns to New York City for the World's Largest Student Film Festival

This October, WBTV heads back to New York City for the 14th Annual All American High School Film Festival - the largest celebration of student filmmaking in the world. Taking place October 13-19, 2026, the festival brings thousands of emerging filmmakers together in the heart of the city for a weekend of competition, creativity, and connection. After earning recognition as finalists and Official Selections at AAHSFF 2025, WBTV is returning with even more to prove.

Students will have the chance to:

● Accepted films are shown at the AMC Empire 25 Theaters in Times Square, giving students a truly once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see their work on the big screen in one of the most iconic venues in the world.

● Teams take on an intense filmmaking challenge where they receive a prompt and must produce a complete short film from scratch, putting their storytelling and production skills to the ultimate test.

● Students can attend panels, interactive workshops, and networking events led by working professionals in film, media, and entertainment.

● The festival hosts the largest film and media arts college fair in the world, giving students direct access to top programs and scholarship opportunities totaling over $700,000 in prizes.
