We’re a dedicated group of parents, alumni, and supporters working to champion the talents of our student filmmakers. Through fundraising, volunteer efforts, and hands-on support, we help provide the resources and experiences that inspire students to dream big, tell bold stories, & shine on screen.

The 2026-2027 Competition Season is Almost Here
WBTV's 2026-2027 competition season is locked in and we couldn't be more excited. This fall, our students head to New York City for the All-American High School Film Festival, before taking the national stage at the Student Television Network 2027 Competition in Long Beach, California this spring. Big stages, bright talent, and even bigger goals - follow along as WBTV writes its next chapter.
The Selections Are In!
The All American High School Film Festival has announced its Official Selections, which will screen at the AMC Empire 25 in Times Square, NYC. WBTV is proud to have earned five selections this year! Every Official Selection represents the best of the best, chosen by a panel of industry judges.

Be part of an event that shines a spotlight on your business and supports local students. Craft and artisan vendors can reserve a 10' x 10' space for only $40. Food trucks can reserve a space for $75. Limited spots are available. Click below to reserve your space today!
Pick-a-Date Fundraiser
Pick a date and support our creators! Select a date on the calendar, and donate that amount. For example, select the 10th = donate $10. Your gift helps WBHS TV students gain access to cameras, editing tools, and real-world production experiences the school budget doesn’t cover.

January Bobcat Broadcast
The January Bobcat Broadcast takes a deeper dive beneath the surface to uncover what our community has to offer beyond what meets the eye. From a local barbershop dedicated to helping customers not only look their best but feel their best, to residents who take pride in supporting small businesses at the neighborhood farmers market, to a beloved diner that keeps its rich history alive - this episode highlights the people and places that give our community its heart and character.
Broward Teen News
We’re proud to share that WBTV students had the incredible opportunity to produce Becon TV’s Broward Teen News on August 28. Led by producer Mady Remotigue and anchored by Addisyn Kostzer and Joseph Araujo, the broadcast featured a wide range of creative and thought-provoking stories from our talented members. Bravo to our team for shining on a county-wide platform!
Alumni Spotlight
Ayden Kostzer c/o '23
We're proud to spotlight alumna Ayden Kostzer, a 2023 WBTV graduate who is now a senior at Florida State University's College of Motion Picture Arts, specializing in First Assistant Directing and Producing. Since graduating, Ayden has written and directed three short films and is currently working on her thesis capstone film. We're so proud to see her thriving in the industry she helped inspire others to pursue right here at WBTV.
